Summer has ended, the harvest is in, the storehouses are full
and we are celebrating with our families. All children – the truly
young and the not-so-young – are invited to join us for a day of
fun, festivities and feasting! There will be games, classes and
surprises for everyone.

This year’s feast will feature kid-friendly period (or similar)
dishes and the children can vote on their favourites. Feast
tickets are now available! Please reserve as soon as
possible, noting each person’s name and whether they are
Adult/Youth (over 12) or Child (12 and under). 

We are also having a silent auction featuring “Items Donated Via
Lost and Found”. Donations of other gently used or new items are
welcome.

Site opens at 9:00 AM and closes at midnight. This is a dry
site.

Adult (19+): $10.00
$5.00 Non-member surcharge (NMS) applies.
Youth (13 to 18): $5.00
Child (12 and under): no charge

Child: $4.00

9:00 am – Gate opens
9:15 am – Activity and class sign-in opens, including Lists for
Heavies.
9:30 am – Scavenger Hunt, Hall Games and other activities will run
all day until just before Feast.
10:00 am – Class: Archery Safety
 (Markus has offered to teach youth archery and have some
short-range open archery available to the populace later in the
day. Please see him for times. NOTE: minors MUST be accompanied by
a parent or appointed adult.)
11:00 am – Heavy fighter inspection
11:30 am – Heavy Combat, format to be announced; all fighters MUST
have at least one child or youth inspiring them!
12:00 pm – Silent Auction opens
12:30 – 2:00 pm – Lunch (by donation) and quiet/storytelling
time
3:00 pm – Tug o’ War
4:00 pm – Bean Bag Toss (Game will be set up early so you can
practice.)
5:30 pm – Gate Closes
6:00 pm – Feast
After feast:
– THs of Avacal Court
– Silent Auction results announced.
11:30 pm – Site Cleanup
