Pre-registration will be required for all classes. Site and class registration will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Wintergarden at the University of Northern BC. Classes start at 11:00 a.m. sharp. You must be registered to attend!! Don't wait until the last minute to register, classes do have size limits!!

There are two sites for this event: the UNBC Wintergarden and the Miworth Hall. A potluck dinner will follow the end of classes on Saturday – everyone is encouraged to bring a donation to the feast!

From the North: From Hwy 97, turn onto Hwy 16 W. Turn left onto Tyner Blvd at the Hwy 16 and Domano/Tyner Blvd intersection. Follow Tyner up the hill, turn left at the UNBC signs onto the campus. From the South: Turn left onto 15th Ave from Hwy 97. Follow 15th Ave through town and up Cranbrook Hill where it turns into University Way. Turn right at the UNBC signs onto the campus. SCA signs will be posted to the Wintergarden.
Spinning Class and Feast Location:

From Highway 97 in Prince George, turn west onto 15th Ave. to Foothills Blvd. Turn right and follow to the Otway Road turn off. Turn left on Otway Road and proceed for 11 km (you will cross over three (3) railroad tracks). Turn right on Flint Road: the hall is on the right. SCA signs will be posted.
Both sites open at 9:00 AM Saturday and close at 6:00 PM Sunday. Outdoor camping space and limited crash space may available at the hall for Saturday night. Please contact the Autocrat in advance if you require a camping spot or crash space. If there are no requests prior to the event, there will be no camping/crashing allowed at the hall.

Site Fees: Adults: $10
Youth (13-18) $ 5
Children 12 and under: no charge
NEW ** Pre-registration ** A $2 discount is being offered on all adult site fees for pre-registration for the event. To pre-register for the event, contact the autocrat with your mundane name, SCA name, branch, SCA membership number and NSCA membership. Proof of membership is still required at gate to receive the member discount.
Note This pre-registration is for the event only, and does not include any class registration. To register for classes, please contact Maistreas Sadb ingen Thuathail at vfoster@xplornet.com.
The NMS is in effect for this event. Adults with proof of membership (blue card) will receive a $4 discount to the posted site fee. Membership cards must be shown at the gate to receive the reduced site fee – no exceptions! Make cheques payable to the Shire of Cold Keep.
Donations to THUA will be accepted at the Gate.
As this is a class-oriented event, parents are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children.
