Their Excellencies of Adiantum will be hosting Championship tournaments for a new Baronial Heavy Defender, a new Baronial Bardic Champion & the next Baronial Champion of Thrown Weapons. In addition there may be a prize tourney for Rapier, Cut & Thrust as well as Arts & Science. Stay tuned for details on the Heavy Defender, Bardic & Thrown Weapons Championships
On Saturday afternoon, Let’s come together for a “Bring your own” Picnic Court and “Once upon a time” Revel on the List field. Lets revel together by showcasing how we all began our medieval journey and wear our first garb (or a semblance of). Children will be encouraged to dress as Fairytale creatures like Fairies, Dragons or Unicorns etc..

In order to accommodate for health and safety of our people, we encourage everyone to prepare a personal picnic for yourself to enjoy while at court.
Tournament Information
Baronial Heavy Defender Tournament
Tati Sigrudsson’s time as Adiantum’s Heavy Defender is coming to a close. He calls all fighters to rise to the challenge so he can find his successor. The tournament format will be a bring your best. With a first round Holmgang! Yep you heard right a Holmgang of 15 minutes to determine seeding for the tournament. Once the seeding has been made the rest of the tournament will be a single elimination best 2 out of 3. With finals being a best 3 out of 5. He is looking forward to finding his successor with this fun and exciting tournament.

Youth and Family Activities
Children are encouraged to celebrate all things magical and fantastical about the middle ages. Dress as Dragons, Fairies, sprites or unicorns etc. Sprites may leave small treasures hidden throughout the event to be found by the most curious of magical creatures.
