Join the Canton of Akornebir for a multi-day Newcomers event at Preston Park in Waitsburg where we teach our visiting guests all about the Society for Creative Anachronism. Travel back in time with us to see demonstrations of different types of medieval and renaissance fighting, a variety of arts and sciences, era clothing and campsites, music and heraldry, along with activities for families and children and a formal court held by our baron and baroness. This event is perfect for dipping your toes into medieval reenactments and to see if the SCA has what you’re looking for!
