The Shire of Tymberhavene includes the geographical area(s) of Coos & Curry Counties, OR which is part of the Summits region of the Kingdom.
A Shire is a local branch of the SCA that reports through a Principality or Kingdom. It is a lot like a Canton, except it is not part of a Barony.
