Kingdom Seneschal Position is Now Open for Applications
The office of the Kingdom Seneschal is in search of a replacement and applications for the position are now open.
The Kingdom Seneschal is responsible for the administrative operation of the Kingdom of An Tir and is the sole corporate officer in the Kingdom. The modern world recognizes Kingdom Seneschals as Regional Vice Presidents and they are the legal and administrative representative of the Kingdom. The Kingdom Seneschal maintains and updates Kingdom Law as well as the Kingdom’s business records.
Duties include (but are not limited to)
- Maintaining, updating and clarifying Kingdom Law and policies
- Reviewing and approving of Principality Laws and Branch Customaries
- Directing activities of branch Seneschals and deputies
- Reviewing both quarterlies reports sent to Society and Curia reports from Kingdom Officers
- Scheduling and running Kingdom Curia meetings
- Being an active member of the Kingdom Financial Committee, reviewing purchase requests and reviewing and accepting Kingdom event bids
- Being an active member of the An Tir West War Financial Committee
- Reviewing and coordinating all complaint and sanction related activities
Applications and resumes will be accepted until July 13, 2025, and the projected change over date will be 12th Night 2026.
Successful candidates will be contacted to have interviews, and a decision will be made by August. There will be a training period before change over occurs.
