Welcome to the Spring Session of The Shire of Hartwood’s Semi-annual TUTRs

It’s time again for three days of learning!  With 30 classes to choose from, attendees will be satiated with all the knowledge you will gain.

PLEASE NOTE:  THE DATES FOR THE EVENT ARE FEBRUARY 14-16.  WE ARE WORKING WITH CALENDAR TO ADJUST THESE DATES.

Registration closes February 9 at midnight
EXCEPT the class “Pottery Pit Firing Experiment” which has an early cutoff date of January 23 so you will only have a few days to register for this one class.

Adult – Full Weekend $35.00
Adult – One day $30.00
Senior & Student Discount with valid ID $5.00
*SCA Members will receive a $10 member discount off the cost listed above.
*Some courses have an additional fee which is paid directly to the instructor by the student on the day of the class.

Meal Information

For well-fed Minds and Camaraderie

There will be day food available each day as well as two potluck dinners, Saturday and Sunday, with socializing, dance, games and bardic.

Questions regarding day food will be included in the Pre-Registration form.

Saturday Potluck Dinner:

Please provide ingredient list with special attention to the following foods:
Strawberries, eggs, gluten, lentils, milk, nuts, peanuts, nightshade plants (potatoes, peppers, eggplant, chilies, paprika), citrus, and fresh corn.

Volunteer Information

Everyone Helps, Everyone has fun!

Gate, kitchen, set-up, clean-up: all the usual suspects will need to be addressed.  Please let us know what you might be willing to volunteer for when you fill our your pre-registration.

Merchant Information

Advisory:  Due to space limitations, merchanting booths will not be available at this event.
