Please join us as we accompany our Honoree on a culinary expedition through the eyes of a 14th/15th century French merchant with historically based foods, flavor adjusted for the modern palate.
The first port of call will break our fast with light morning fare of sweet and savory delicacies.
We will then journey to the midday meal of small plates and cold dishes.
Finally we shall return to the feast hall in friendship and camaraderie to celebrate our honoree with an evening repast of hearty, warm dishes.
Bring your best plates, your finest silver, your favorite drink/vessel, and your appetite. (Please note that the site has plates and flatware should you wish to use them.)
Artisans and Scientists!
The Barony of Three Mountains will host its A&S Championship at Honor Feast!
Letters of intent are requested 1 month in advance (SEPTEMBER 8TH) so judges can be arranged.
Theme: Something near, something far As a sailor, Sebastiaen has traveled the world and seen art from many distant lands. Bring one piece that is “far” from your normal work. Geographically far, temporally distant, diverse in skill from your usual work, whatever “far” means to you. Please be prepared to speak on your choice and reasoning.
Your second entry is entrant’s choice! Both entries should have supporting documentation and will be evaluated using the simplified kingdom forms, the same as last year. These forms are available on the Baronial Webpage.
Letters of Intent should go to Their Excellencies Three Mountains at threemountains.coronets@g.antir.org
and to the current Champion, the Honourable Lord Edmund at threemountains.herald@antir.org
