Let’s get medieval with competitions, camping, markets (or wares; your choice), and more at the Medieval Market Faire and Demo in Hartwood. A weekend of fun as we choose new Seagirt Champions, with a public demo on Sunday. September 15-17th, 2023 at the Coombs Fairgrounds, right beside Goats on the Roof.

10 AM	Morning Court – Invocation of the Lists and morning announcements
11 AM	Archery Championship
2:00 PM	Thrown Weapons Championship
4:00 PM	Ducal Court with Their Graces Duchess Tangwystl and Duchess Meagan
5:00 PM	Court
6:00 PM (or after court)	Potluck dinner and demo coodination meeting (bring your dinner over to the stage to discuss Sunday’s demo and make last-minute preparations)

7:00 AM	Merchants allowed in for set-up
9:00 AM	Demo gates open – all encampments not available for the public to look at should be closed/cordoned off
9:30 AM	Meet & Greet Session 1
10:00 AM – 12 PM	Combat Demonstrations (Armored, Rapier, Cut & Thrust)
11:30 AM	Meet & Greet Session 2
1:00 PM	Archery Demo
1:30 PM	Meet & Greet Session 3
2:00 PM	Thrown Weapons Demo
2:30 PM	Demos winding up, last call for merchants, public gate closed
3:00 PM	Demo finished, all public off site, clean up begins
8:00 PM	Everyone off site.
