This is a Level 1: Other (Branch primary events of regional or Kingdom interest) event.

The Shire of Corvaria is gathering for a quiet day of socializing and knocking the dust and rust off activities. Activities will be determined by the weather – it is early Spring in the Summits Highlands. Outdoor activities can include archery, thrown weapons, and armored/steel combat.

SITE RULES:
1. Proof of vaccination or negative test is required. (Same rules as the expiring An Tir policy). This is a requirement of the venue.
2. No pets
3. No smoking on the main property (you can go out to the road)

Reminders:
1. It is generally quite cool this time of year; plan your attire accordingly
2. Bring your chair
3. Bring feast gear (There will be paper available for those whose feast gear has not surfaced from our extended down-time).

Registration Information

Because the weather is likely to keep us indoors for much of the day, this event has a 25 person cap on attendees and pre-registration is required.

Pre-registration will make sign in at the event easy and this form includes a survey for activities.  You must be pre-registered by 3/27 (midnight).

Accessibility Information

Parking will be on the road outside the venue.  Please reach out ahead of time if you need to park close to the venue could use other assistance.  We will do our best to make accommodations.

Meal Information

There will be a light day-board offered – cheese, crackers, fruit, etc.

For dinner, a Potluck feast is planned. Pulled pork, bread and rice will be provided.  Blueberry crepes will be provided for dessert. Please bring a side or dessert to share.

Bring your own beverages.  This is a wet site – please be mindful of your drive home.
