This is a Level 1: Coronet Event (Principality Coronet Tournaments and Investitures) event.

Gate fee – $25 with a $5 member discount. Youth 17 & under are free.
Gates open at 3:00pm on the 17 and close at Noon on the 19th.
The Shire of Tymberhavene will host its traditional Soup and Bread welcome on Friday evening/night in the gazebo (until the soup runs out).
Site opens Friday @ 3:00 pm and closes Sunday @ noon.
RV’s are welcome in the parking lot, we will have a designated area.
This is a pet friendly site, though pets must stay leased and clean up after.
The site is wet.
Pre-registration is required for entry into Summits Defender Tournament.

6:00pm – Tymberhavene’s traditional Bread and Soup welcome dinner under the gazebo. You’ve traveled to us, let us feed you (until it is gone)
10:15am – Pelican Meeting
10:30am – Lists check-in for Defender’s Tourney
11:00am – Opening court for TAH. Investing of the lists for Defender’s Tournament.
12:30pm – Defender’s Tournament
2:00pm – Provost Tournament
3:30pm – Final court for TAH
6:00pm – Investiture and First court of new AH
8:00pm – Bardic in Gazebo

The SCA prohibits harassment and bullying of all individuals and groups. Harassment and bullying includes: But is not limited to the following: Offensive or lewd verbal comments directed to an individual. The display of explicit images (drawn or photographic) depicting and individual in an inappropriate manner; photographing or recording individuals inappropriately to abuse or harass the individual. In appropriate physical contact: unwelcome sexual attention or retaliation for reporting harassment and or bullying. Participants violating these rules are subject to appropriate sanctions. If an individual feels subjected to harassment, bullying or retaliation, they should contact a seneschal, president of the SCA or the Kingdoms board Ombudsman. If a participant of the SCA becomes aware that someone is being harassed or bullied they have responsibility pursuant to the SCA code of conduct to come forward and report this behavior to a seneschal, president of the SCA or Kingdoms board Ombudsman. Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try and ensure the health and safety of our event participants we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in person events. By participating in the in person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
