Join the populace at the hunting lodge of Dread Baron Cyneric and Delightful Baroness Arianna as they select their new champions of the Arts, Bardic and Games.
In the evening we will have a potluck tavern with more games, dance and revelry.
Please note as a park site there is to be no smoking in the parking area
Special Occasion License, no outside alcohol will be permitted

A&S and Bardic entry deadlines have now passed, judges are needed for these amazing entries
Experienced judges and first time judges are both welcome! We will provide a class on understanding the judging forms at the event before the competition starts. We are also happy to have student judges, who fully participate in the judging session, but their scores aren’t counted. It’s a great way to see the process without the pressure.

Do you like to play GAMES? Do you like to hang out with their Excellencies Cyneric and Arianna? Why not compete for the Games Champion of Lions Gate?
So that everyone has an equal opportunity, I am listing the games and putting the rules in the comments here and now as approved by their Excellencies. The first round is Hnefatafl, followed by Kubb and finished of with Tabula. I encourage everyone to look the games over and practice, there will also be print outs of the rules at the event.
