Greetings from the Egils 46 event team.
By now you have probably heard that Egils will be cancelled for this year.
Understand that this was a incredibly difficult and heartbreaking decision.
We were so very excited about this year’s event.
But there are just to many of our populace at risk and we can’t put anyone’s safety and health in danger.

First let us say that fear not! The Egils 46 staff team will STILL be the Egils 46 staff team.
It will just be Egils 46.5, or consider it a 46 reboot.
We will be using as much of our staff from this year as possible. It just gives us another whole year to make this one an epic Egils to remember.
We are looking forward to it.
Many people have already pre registered for this year.
Here’s how the refunds will work.
First, any unpaid invoices will be cancelled, so if you haven’t paid yet, don’t worry about it.
If you have paid, there will be an online form (similar to the prereg form) where you can check in and confirm your address.
Once mailing addresses have been confirmed, refund checks will be mailed out ASAP.
The form should be live by Wednesday or Thursday of this week.

Registration Information

At the decision of the Coronet and Crown Egils 2020 has been cancelled. If you have already paid for your pre-registration please fill out this form to request a refund or to make a donation to the Barony of Adiantum to offset costs of cancelling the event.
All refunds will be given via mailed paper check from the Barony of Adiantum SCA Inc. To facilitate this process we are requesting legal names and mailing addresses.
