to the XXIX Year of William Tell!!!!! Wonderful New Site!!  
 Hear ye – Hear ye!!
 We have made the decision to lower the gate fee for 16-17
year olds to the youth fee of $8.00!!!

Greetings:   Additional new classes added to
the schedule:

Lady Khanzara will be teaching:

Friday evening at the begining of the community
campfire right after dinner at 7pm

New Ottoman Improvisational Jam Session, takes
about 2 hours. cost free

Saturday afternoon:

1-2pm Persian/Turkish woven buttons cost free

2-3pm Byzantine Beaded Chain Necklace $5 for
necklace $2 for bracelet

3-5pm Begining Embroidery Cost Free

teachers for supplies 

 

Come and enjoy our
wonderful new site the Wahkiakum County Fair
Grounds

We are once more
combining our Heavy Defender and Rapier Defender with our Archery
Protector, both Adult and Youth, and Thrown Weapons!! We will have
the dangerous, and challenging Purple Beast that Shall not Be Named
contest, as well as other Novelty Shoots.  We have been
blessed with this new location with a covered arena for Archer so
that we can also have NIGHT SHOOTS!!  There will be a place
also for the Thrown Weapons people to have Night
throws!! 

There is a lovely grassy
area for the Heavy and Rapier fighter erics!
 

SHADE – YES I SAID SHADE
FOR CAMPING!!!!  Water and Electric for wheeled campers!
Indoor Restrooms!!! A shower!!! A Restaurant/Tavern next to the
property for your dinning and liquid refreshment convenience!! We
are slso working on having a moble quick food and coffee food
merchant on site.

The usual Friday night
Travelors soup available for a mere $4.00!!

Saturday night there
will be a campfire bardic which we invite and encourage all to
participate.

CLASSES:  Saturday morning HL
Barbara Svardhart…9:00am  Woven Lavender Pomander $2.00 paid
to the teacher.   Then at 10:00 am to noon or more is the
Woven Platted Basket class taught by m’lady Pam for $12.00. You
will have a finished carry basket.  These fees cover all
supplies. Bring scissors
.

We will be within
walking distance to the Columbia River.

The Memorial Bocce
Tournament will be held at a time TBD, so be sure to listen for the
Town Crier!!

Sunday morning brings
the Scottish Rules Croquet Tournament!!!  Bring your Bribes!
Bring your people! Bring your plaids!!!  I will need a few
Judges, so please let HL Magda know on site if you are available
for this.

I think this year for
the Purple Beast that Shall Not Be Named Tournament the Contestants
shall be required to wear PURPLE in some form!! Extra points are
available for those who bring a new purple beast for target
purposes!!

I am also in search of Teachers and
Merchants
! Please contact HL Magda if you are
interested in either or both!  
The Merchants are also in the Archery
covered area with their camping right next to this. The onlly fee
is still an item for the prize chest!!

We are planning a wonderful
event with some new details because of our great new location!!!
Please come and enjoy a really fun event!!  River’s Bend is
know for wonderful prizes!! All Archers, Heavies, Rapier, and
Throwers – come and compete!!!

Site Fees: $15.00 for Adults 16
and up. NMS of $5 applies. $8.00 for Youth 12 through 17 Under 12
free.  Day trip $10.00.  Family cap is $40.00. Teachers
are Free!!
