Hours: Doors open 9am, event ends by 5pm

 

Their Royal Majesties Styrkarr and Stjarna are scheduled to be
in attendance!

In support of Their Majesties’ decree requiring name and device
submissions to compete at the May Crown Tournament, we will be
holding heraldic consultations throughout the day at this
event.

 

Proposed
schedule (subject to changes/additions): 
9am Doors open. Any candidates
who still need to take a written test may do so at this
time.
10:00am – Opening
Court
10:30am – 12:00pm Fighting/
armored activities
12:00pm – All entries must be
turned in for Baronial/Royal Largess Challenge
12:00pm – 1:00pm Artisan
presentations and gaming
1:00pm – 3:00pm Dancing and
gaming
3:00pm – 4:00pm Potluck feast
and bardic presentations. Closing court to follow or be held in
conjunction with feast. The prize drawing for Baronial/Royal
Largesse will also be held at this time.

5pm: Site closes


Suggested potluck contributions:


A thru D : cheese / meat plates / main dish


E thru H : fruit / vegetables 


I thru M : salads or side dish

N thru S : dessert 

T thru Z : Bread

 

Cost: Free event, but please bring a dish to share at our
potluck feast (Barony provides the meat).
