Registration Information

We are pleased to announce that room reservations are now open for An Tir 12^th Night 2021.  This grand celebration will be hosted by the baronies of Wyewood and Madrone, on January 8^th-10^th, at the Double Tree by Hilton at Seattle Airport.  Our room rates are available for the 7^th and 11^th as well should you opt for a longer stay.   

**Our room block has been expanded and should be open for reservations again.  If you discover it is full gain, please alert us, the hotel adds rooms to our block in steps.

Please also take note to look at the reservation dates as the website pre-populates them for earlier and later than our weekend; so adjust as needed.

The parking cost is contracted to be 50% off their daily rate, which at this time is $32 but may change before our event, thus an additional cost of $16/day per vehicle parked. Please understand this is an airport hotel, that dictates the parking market.

Please rest assured that there are rooms available for all.  This hotel is much larger than most used for 12th Night, and in the (very unlikely) event we book it full they will even expand our room block into their neighboring new Hilton Garden hotel.  However, it can take a bit of time between block expansions, it may be necessary to try again the next day.  Updates will be made as issues come up and are resolved.

Welcome to An Tir’s Twelfth Night at the SeaTac DoubleTree Hotel! The merchant room is in a great location on the ground floor with lots of space, on the same level as main ballroom and just a short walk away. Also very close by are bathrooms, coffee shop, the bar (with excellent food), the hotel restaurant, and various lounge areas–all of which combines to make for a pleasant and comfortable shopping and selling experience.
