Join Their Highnesses’ University of Avacal (THUA) for a day
of learning, discussing, and trying your hand at new things.
Day activities scheduled include combat classes, a full
stream of cooking classes, fibre arts classes, heraldry
classes, period art techniques, and much, much more! There
will also be an Artisan’s retreat where there will be people
demonstrating their crafts in a very informal setting with
things on display.

Guest Instructors Duke Sven and Sir Octamasades will host a
heavy tournament to wrap up the day from 3 to 5pm.
 Everyone – class attendee or not – is welcomed to strap
on their armor and join in on the fun so if classes are full
you can still come and participate and benefit from learning
from ourmighty guests.  There also will be Pied Piper
activities planned during the day.

A lunch will be available on-site for a small fee, prepared
by the morning’s Banquet Preparation class. The evening will
feature a pot-luck feast, and a dessert revel afterwards.
Whether or not you are participating in the pot-luck feast,
we ask that you bring a small dessert to share for the revel
afterwards (or a non-alcoholic beverage).
