Hall opens at 3:00 pm for gossip and games Feast begins at 6:00
pm

Susan will attend the Aquaterra Newcomer’s Night on October 18 and
the Aquaterra Business meeting on October 31.

Cost: $20.00 per adult with $5.00 member discount $15.00 per
child aged 6 through 18 with member discount Age 5 and under

Available before the feast:

• Assorted cheeses,
• nuts,
• dried fruit,
• cookies,
• brie-stuffed eggs

1^st
Remove:

• Vegetable soup in a rich duck broth
• Rice pudding with almonds
• Salat with lemon vinaigrette
• Gluten-free bread

2^nd
Remove:

• Duck breast with apples and juniper berries
• Mashed root vegetables
• Lemon curd tarts Herbed millet

3^rd
Remove:

• Venison with elderberry sauce
• Roasted autumn vegetables
• Baked barley
• Caramelized garlic and onions
• Gluten-free bread

Other dishes are being considered, including Crowdie cheese (an
artisanal soft cheese from Scotland), braised mustard greens, a
steamed pudding, and a surprise or two!

An ingredient list will be available at the feast.
Our feasts are always gluten-free and most dishes are dairy-free.
