Maypole 2012 is being held at the Clallam
County Fairgrounds in Port Angeles. We are using the east side of
the grounds. It will

the western most gate (yellow) nearer the William Fairchild

Site fee is $15 for adults (18+) $10 for youth (6-17) kids 5 and
under are free. There is a $40 family cap (mundane families only!)
The $5 NMS per adult applies.  At this time we are not
accepting prepayment for site fee.

The site opens at 2pm on Friday, May 4^th. We are open
to the public from 10-4 on Saturday, May 5^th. And site
closes at 3pm Sunday, May 6^th.

We are taking large group reservations, and you should contact
HL Ulrick Von Sage (techwisard@yahoo.com) .
Prepayment is not required, nor will large groups be turned away
without a reservation. We have plenty of camping space for all.

Since this is our public demo we are looking for anyone
interested in showing off a talent or other skill. Bards are
encouraged to perform all day and please feel free to pass the hat!
We will have our Heavy Championship, rapier tourney, archery,
thrown weapons, A&S demo area, and for the first time an
Equestrian demo.

Since this is a public demo and on a county property, we would
like to remind everyone that the site is DISCREETLY damp. Please be
aware that we encourage the use of period containers, and though
the public is not blocked from entering the camping area, they may
wander through.
