Come! Good Gentles, all those heralds and scribes and all who wish to learn those crafts, Come! The Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium beckons you to the gently rolling hills of the East to learn and share and spend time in good company.

The Shire of Owl’s Reste with the help of her friends and neighbors is proud to host this event which will bring the best teachers together for a solid day of growth.

Merchants will be open Friday night and all day Saturday. Saturday evening will feature a social gathering with music, dancing, friendship and relaxation. Sunday morning offers two choices . . . Laurel Roadshow with Laurel, Pelican and Wreath making decisions and a Bus Trip to the Walters Art Gallery to view a portion of the massive manuscript and armor collections there.

Sadly, we are not able to offer a feast but there are several restaurants within walking distance and a hospitality suite with snacks, coffee, tea and water will be maintained and open for the duration of the event.

Whether you are a seasoned veteran of these arts or a rank amateur, this is a grand opportunity for you to learn and grow and meet fellow heralds and scribes. All are welcome! All are sought!
