Setup will be Friday, August 15th around 4:00pm

Saturday, August 16th, Participates need to be on site at 9:00am. The gates will be open 10:00am to 7:00pm.

Sunday, August 17th, Participates need to be on site at 9:00am. The gates will be open 10:00am to 6:00pm. All participates and merchants must be off site by 9:00pm.

when loading, there may be as many as 6 vehicles ACTIVELY unloading at one time. 30 minutes MAXIMUM for unloading. All vehicles must be completely off the street/wholly onto the sidewalk. This will be monitored at all times.

If you are working the demo, your admission button will be supplied. If you lose your button you will have to purchase a new one at the gate for $2.00 each.

There is street parking, and carpooling is strongly encouraged.

There will be shuttle service to and from Mill Creek Earthworks park, Saturday, 9:30am to 7:30pm and Sunday, 9:30am to 6:30pm Shuttle buses will pick up every 20-30 munutes at the Metro Park & Ride at Lincoln and Smith Streets, King County Regional Justice Center Garage, Rosebed Park in downtown Kent and Kent-Meridian High School.

Merchants: You will need to pre-register with the Merchantcrat, Elisabetta, grants-manor@juno.com for spaace, no registrations will be taken at site. Each booth is required to have a poster that demonstrates the wears that you are selling. This is due Friday night during setup. If you do not have this you will not be allowed to sell. Merchant fees will be due at site, Friday August 15th during setup.
