The Shire
of Corvaria, home to Their Alpine Highnesses, invites one and
all to join us for our annual Harvest Tournament.  Chosen at this event will
be the Heavy Defender, Archery Defender, Arts & Sciences
Champion, and Bardic Champion for both adult and youth
entrants.  Prize
tournaments will also be held in all four areas.  Corvaria asks that those
competing for Shire Defender or Champion reside within the
shire.  Archery Defender will be chosen with one
royal round and one wand round.  Contestants for A&S
champion should bring two submissions of differening types of
art or science.  Participants in the Bardic Championship
should have ready two pieces for group presentation.

 

Friday
evening soup will be provided for weary
travelers.  A
dessert potluck is planned for Saturday evening.

 

Approximate Saturday Schedule:

Heavy Tournaments 10:30am

A&S Submissions 10-11am, Judging 12:00ish (two
submissions of different forms)

Bardic competitions – Mid Day (two group
presentations)

Archery competitions- mid-afternoon (one royal
round, one wand round)

TAH court – 5:30

Dessert potluck and bardic fun – after
dinner

Site fees:
$10 with NMS of $3; children 6 and under free

Dogs must
be leashed or contained at all times as there are small
animals that freely roam the site.  The site is discreetly
wet.
