Pendale’s Harvest Protector

November 17th, starting at noon and, going till
10P.M.

Fees are:

$13 for Adults $5 Discount for Paid Members

$30 For Family Cap

This year the theme is Celtic. It is a potluck so bring anything
Celtic to eat or whatever you can afford to bring as we know Funds
are tight all around.  The Shire is providing the main meat
dish. Sides are needed as well as Desserts. If you need something
heated up let our Kitchen Chief Alan Mac Angus know.

Bring in a can of food or an item for Toys for Tots, we want to
help out those who are in need this will also benefit you, as it
gives you a dollar off of the site fee.

There will be games to be played, Archery competition to see who
will be our Harvest Protector.  Heavy Fighting will take place
outside weather permitting.

There is also an Adult Arts & Sciences and a Youth A&S
both are Populace Vote competition, the populace will pick the
winner, everyone will be given a glass stone at Troll which will be
used during the event to place into a cup located on the A&S
table for the entry you wish to vote for, documentation will not
really make a difference this year, include it if you like, at the
end we will count up the stones in each cup and come up with the
winner.

Bards and Dancers are welcome to come and entertain while we
feast with ballads, poems & music.  Bring your best feast
gear as we will be having a competition on best table settings.

We are also having our traditional open auction during feast,
there may be something here that you may want you never know what
might appear in the hands of the auctioneer that may interest a
Lord or his Lady.
