We Invite the Known World to join us in choosing our new Heavy, Rapier,
Archery and A&S Champions.
Open To All! Be it known that a Period format letter of intent is required
for the Heavy, to be
handed in prior to Tourney! You must have valid Membership.
Any other championship questions please direct to the autocrat.
A Magnificient Feast is planned Bitter End style! Bardic competition Sat
Night!
Arts and Sciences Auction Held all day, bring your gold!
SITE OPENS- Friday 5 pm

Archery Tourney and A&S Competion- 11am
Heavy Lists open- 12pm..Close at 1pm
Heavy Tourney- 1pm
Rapier Tourney-11:00 am
A&S Judging- 4pm
Feast- 6:00
You Must Pre-Pay for Feast! There will be Limited Spots at the door!
You do Not pre-pay you do not have a spot.
Court- 8pm
Bardic- 9pm
Sunday Site Closes – 3pm
Schedule is subject and tentative to their Highnesses.
Site is discreetly wet! Members and Guests only please.
Pets Allowed but must be leashed.
Plenty of Camping space!
Merchants must Pre- register for space!!! If you do not pre-register
you will not be allowed to Set up!

From Hwy 2 Coming either Direction, Find your best route to Secondary HWY
595,
Turn towards the Westerner Park. Keep driving for aprox 10km. Turn left onto
range road 260.
Hall is 3/4 Km up from turn. Site will be signed. Maps are avaliable.
Note there is no street address for this site.
