Some Advice for our Guests

Ø

Site tokens designate Event Staff, Day-trip guests and Feasters
separately and will be worn at all times. Upon re-entering the
building, be courteous to Gate by showing your token.. No
exceptions.

Ø

Please be prepared for the cold and possibly bring lap blanket if
you plan on being in any of the outdoor tents. While heated, guests
still must travel from building to tent and
back.

Ø

Guests who cannot sit on a steel chair for long durations, may
bring their personal camp chairs to assist themselves, but need to
be responsible in setup, moving and transporting
chair.

Ø

There will be no food available until the feast is served. If you
are not a Feaster, then packing drinks, snacks and/or a cold meal
is advisable. The Event Stewards will have a list of local
amenities and restaurants in the area for your convenience at Gate.
If you would like the list ahead of time, please email the Event
Stewards.

Ø

The site has an unmanned cloakroom, but no area to hold belongings
of any size or quantity.

Ø
Theatre seating will be set up for Court in the afternoon. Tables
will not be set up until the designated time for the feast and then
removed for a reset of theatre seating for Royal Court.
