Their Highnesses’ would like to invite the populace of Avacal
and the Knowne World to attend the fall session of Their
Highnesses’ University of Avacal (THUA) in the Shire of Sigelhundas
on September 19-21, 2014. The theme of the event is “Something for
Everybody” and we are striving to offer classes in a wide range of
subjects ranging in skill level from beginner through to
advanced.

Friday, September 19
6:00pm – Registration and Gate opens in the Education Building at
the University of Regina
6:00pm-9:00pm – Meet and Greet Mixer, Room ED 114, University of
Regina

Saturday, September 20
8:00am – Registration and Gate opens in the Education Building at
the University of Regina
8:30am – Feast Hall and “Messy” Location open
9:00am – Avacal Mystery Sewing Challenge begins at the
University
9:00am – Classes begin at the University, Feast Hall, and “Messy
Location”
10:00am – Archery Range opens
10:30am – Classes begin at the Archery Range
4:15pm – Registration and Gate closes at the University of
Regina
4:45pm – Gate opens at the Feast Hall
5:00pm – Classes end at all locations
5:30pm – Bar opens at the Feast Hall
6:30pm – First Remove is served at the Feast Hall
TBD – Court begins after the final remove is served at the Feast
Hall
11:30pm – Last call for the Bar
12:00am – Clean up

Sunday, September 21
9:00am – Registration and Gate opens in the Education Building at

10:00am – Classes begin at the University of Regina
10:00am – Regional Fight Practice begins at the University of
Regina
12:00pm – Longsword Tournament begins at the University of
Regina
2:00pm – Classes end at the University of Regina

Site Fees

Site Fees: Adult – $5.00 / Youth (12-17) – $5.00 / Children
under 12 are free
Site Fee Family Cap: $20.00 (two parents and all youth living as a
single mundane family)
Feast Fees: Adult – $15.00 / Youth (6-17) – $7.50 / Children under
6 are free
$5 Non-Member Surcharge will be applied for everyone who does not
produce a valid membership.
Cheques can be made payable to QCSCA.
