Equestrian and Medieval Skills Ithra & Archery/Equestrian Championships

Unto those strong and sure in the saddle or swift and true with the bow do Their Excellencies Stromgaard Rognvaldr Hersir and Isrith Baroness issue a challenge.

Current Equestrian and Archery Champions, Mistress Miranda Faoltiarna and Lord Domnhall respectively, bid all who wish to compete ready themselves to be tried and tested. Competitors must be paid members and be prepared to submit a petition to Their Excellencies.

Stromgaard is also proud to host, in conjunction with the weekends tourneys, the �Equestrian and Medieval Skills Ithra� which will provide a veritable cornucopia of learning experiences. Site info: Open from 2:00pm Friday August 6th to 4:00pm Sunday August 8th. Site fees are as follows: 5 and under: free; 6-12:$5.00; and 13-Adult members- $10.00. NMS is in effect. Checks payable to: SCA, Inc., Barony of Stromgard.

Site Directions: From North or South I-5: Take Exit 21 (Woodland/Cougar) Turn East on SR 503, follow signs to Amboy. Take a quick right onto �Cc� Street (right after the northbound exit ramp) and cross the bridge. Stay LEFT at the “Y”. Follow Cedar Creek Rd. for approx. 11 miles to NE Munch Rd. Turn RIGHT on Munch Rd. and go approximately 2 miles to 4 way stop. Turn LEFT onto NE Grantham Rd. and follow 3 miles to park. Site is on LEFT.
