Hark!  The deep waters of Axewater are stirring, rising to the call of the approaching storm.  Come, under the banner of your respective Duke for the annual contest to control these lands, rich in wood, pelts and gold.  Generations have come and gone knowing nothing but war and the realization has settled on the hearts of all that there is no mortal resolution to these woes.

Join us on the shores of Lac La Hache.  The event is happening at the Garlic Festival Site, 3.5km north of Lac La Hache, BC.  Geo-coordinates are:

Planned events:  WAR!!!  Bardic Slam, Brewing Contest (Beer, Wine, Mead and Other categories), Saturday Night Potluck (We supply the roast pig, please bring something to share), Newbie Bearpit for new fighters (under 2 years. Veterans, please bring prizes!) Siege Cooking Contest, Rose Tournament for Female and Gender Minority fighters – something for everyone!

Merchants, there is power and water on site – please contact Hamelin (hamelin1066@gmail.com) to reserve a spot.  There is no charge to merchant.

Site:  All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.  There are no ground fires, but appliances and above ground braziers are fine as long as there are no fire bans.  There is potable water on site, limited access to power.  RVs are welcome at no extra fee but there are NO hookups or dumps.  The site is right on Lac La Hache so bring swim wear if the weather is good.  Washroom facilities will be porta-potties.  The site is a bit rough and a bit primitive, but should be accessible to most.
