Briaroak Bash in the Shire of Briaroak

 

August 1 – 3 2008 Gate opens at noon
on the first and closes at noon on the third.

 

Need a break from the
heat and busy tourney schedules? The Shire of Briaroak
invites you to our return to Wolf Creek Park for our annual
Bash event!

 

Enjoy an A&S Competition under the shaded
pavilion, bring your bow and arrows to practice on the
archery range, or simply soak away the heat in the nearby
cool, shady Wolf Creek. You can also test your prowess in our
Defender Tournament, and then compete for prizes in our
Benefit Tourney! Benefit tourney is a $5 buy in and
$1 for people to buy extra lives for the fighters. 
There will also be a benefit “Games for Grimarr” games
include chess, tablaro, horseshoes, croquet and bocca
ball.  Five dollars gets you unlimited games for a
day.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Come join us Saturday night for a Potluck BBQ Feast
and you will find yourself invigorated and ready to enjoy the
rest of the Season with renewed spirits.  For
the potluck: modern first name starts A through H please
bring appetizers, breads, soups.  Modern name I
through Q please bring a main dish, and modern
name P through Z please bring a desert.

 Due to
the recent fires in the area there will be No campfires or
open flames.  propane lamps are acceptable but must be
suspended or otherwise off of the ground and are not to be
left unattended.  We really like this
campground and we are not willing to take any chances with
it. That said there will be a fire in the covered pavillion
inside the fireplace for gaming and bardic that will be
closely monitored.  If you have any questions please
