Hear ye, hear ye,

Gather you all into Avacal and hear the mighty
roar of the Griffon, as a new Kingdom is made! Avacal! The time has
come to crown a King, our King! The Time to crown a Queen, our
Queen! The known world is invited to witness this momentous
occasion. Come from far and wide to be there to witness the
coronation of the first King and Queen of the Kingdom of
Avacal!

Avacal! Together we conquer!

 

The event activities will include: the first
Kingdom Heavy Champions tournament, the first Kingdom Archery
Champions tournament, Squires, Cadet, and Equestrian tourneys,
classes, courts, and many celebrations!

 

Merchants are welcome to show the skills and
talents of their craft and in lieu of a merchant fee; a donation to
the Avacal largess is requested. Contact the Merchant coordinator

There is no charge for camping; fires must be
in supplied fire pits or in an above ground brazier.

 

Site opens at 4:00pm June 26, 2015, and closes
at 1:00pm June 28, 2015

 

Site Fees:

Adults: $20.00 CAN

Youth 17 and under: No Charge

A $5.00 NMS will be charged for anyone without
proof of membership.

Please make cheques payable to “SCA
Bitter End”

There are no ATM or Credit Card machines on
site.
