Their Highnesses and Their Excellencies of Avacal invite everyone to join
Them in the celebration of the Investiture of the 16th Prince and Princess
of Avacal and to witness the selection of the Principality Champions of
Rapier and Arts & Sciences.

The Barony of Myrgan Wood enthusiastically hosts this event and is honoured
to be able to choose our own Champions at the same time.

Location of event:
Cosmo Civic Centre Gymnasium
3130 Laurier Dr Saskatoon, SK S7L 5J7

Directions:
>From the west (Hwy 7& 14):
You will enter Saskatoon on 22nd Street. At your first set of lights, turn
north (left) onto Diefenbaker Dr. At the next set of lights, turn east
(right) onto Laurier Dr. The hall will be on the left, opposite the mall,
several blocks down.

>From the north (Hwy 16 & 11 & 12):
You will enter Saskatoon on Idylwyld Dr. Exit right and turn west (right)
onto Circle Dr. Follow Circle Dr around until you exit right onto Laurier
Dr. The hall is on the right about 1/2 block in.

>From the south (Hwy 11 & 16):
You will enter Saskatoon on Circle Dr. Follow it around the city and exit
right onto Laurier Dr. The hall is on the right about 1/2 block in. (note:
if you are entering on Hwy16 from Yorkton, you need to exit right to get
onto Circle Dr northbound).

>From the east (Hwy 5):
You will enter Saskatoon on College Dr. Exit right onto Circle Dr follow it
around the city and exit right onto Laurier Dr. The hall is on the right
about 1/2 block in.

Parking Instructions!!
We have negotiated direct access to the gymnasium (a very good thing).
Instead of parking and making your way through the main doors, enter the
alleyway on the west side of the building. There are a few parking spaces
there to be used for unloading purposes. After unloading please continue
around the back of the building to the parking lot on the east side as
quickly as possible (there will be lots of people wanting to unload at the
same time).

Schedule (subject to change according to the needs of Their Highnesses):
**Please note that we do not have access to the gymnasium until 11am, the
meetings are taking place in a separate room**

support the Troubadour du Bois)

Troubadour de Bois will play for our entertainment and dancing pleasure J.

Fees:
Site fee is $10 (children under 16 are free)
Feast fee is $10 (children 10- 16 pay $5)
Non-member surcharge is $4
