Preregistration for the AnTir Admin Retreat is closed as of now. You still may come Saturday evening after 6:00 PM for socializing, but, the day schedule and meals planning is set.

WARNING for late arrivers or departures. Sometime during the evening the Park Ranger will close the gate to the public at the front entrance. THE GATE WILL NOT BE LOCKED. If you find the gate closed and need to be on the other side, you may open it if you CLOSE IT after yourself. Please, let’s not get the ranger mad at us.

Our guests and instructors will include the Society Seneschal, Society Treasurer, Kingdom officers and administrative staff from all levels. Class times and a synopsis of class content are available at: http://home.earthlink.net/~daedin/AdminRetreatMain.htm


Site fee will be $40 US for the weekend for site fee, cabin space and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday). Site is discreetly wet, no pets. $3 NMS applies. Checks payable to “Kingdom of An Tir, SCA Inc”. Contact Daedin regarding food restrictions, etc. or for costs if you stay offsite or do not partake of meals.


Reservations should be made immediately via snail or e-mail through Pyotr, as space is limited. Currently warranted seneschals and exchequers will be given first priority.


Site opens Friday 3pm, closes Sunday Noon. There will be a revel Saturday night. This is open to anyone interested in a relaxing evening; donations to cover costs will be gratefully accepted.


Directions: From I-5, travel to south of Tumwater, WA. Take the Maytown exit (Exit 95). Head East from the exit through Maytown to Hwy 121. Turn left on Hwy 121 and travel about 1/2 mile to the Millersylvania Park entrance on the left. Follow the park road, past the check-in station. Take a left at the first Y, right at the next Y and continue to the boat launch parking lot. The drive for the Educational Learning Center is to the right. Follow the road to the end.
