Kingdom Bardic Championship Barony of Three Mountains
Portland, OR September 25 – 26, 2005 Their Royal Majesties
and the Barony of Three Mountains invites one and all to
witness the contest to determine the next Kingdom Bardic
Champion! Entries shall be judged individually on Saturday
and conclude with an audience appeal performance on Saturday
evening. Please join us on Sunday to witness the final
portion where those with the highest Saturday scores will
compete for the Championship and the next Kingdom Bardic
Champion shall be declared! The rules, procedures and other
details pertaining to KBC can be found on the KBC website at
http://www.currentmiddleages.org/kbc/. All questions
regarding the competition should be directed to the current
bardic co-ordinator Mistress Isolde de la Vielle-a-Roue,
kbc@ibix.net , mka Sandra Davis, 3624 Serene Way, Lynnwood,
WA 98037, (425)743-3318, please call before 11pm. The Virgin
Countess Inn will be on-site to provide refreshments for a
small fee. Site Information: Portland Parks & Recreation
Department – Community Music Center; 3350 SE Francis,
Portland OR 97202 (1 block off Powell at 33rd). Site open
Saturday from 9:00am – 9:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am –
5:00pm. Site Fees: Adults – $15.00; Youth (7-17) – $8.00;
Child (0-6) – free. The $3.00 Non-Member Surcharge
(NMS) is in effect for this event for all adult members.
