The event will be held at
Kasner Farms in Blodgett, approximately 20 miles west of Corvallis
and just over the line into Terra Pomaria.  The site address
is: 31653 Hwy 20,
Blodgett, 97326.  Please note that this address will NOT come

Site fee will be:
    Adults: $15
    Youth 10-17: $10
    Children 6-9: $5
    Under 6: free
NMS Will NOT be charged!

 

Site opens at 12 Noon
Friday, August 9 and closes at 4 PM on Sunday, August 11.

There will be a potluck feast Friday night to welcome
everyone.  Please bring a dish, based on first letter of
modern last name: A-G main dish; H-P side dish; Q-Z dessert.

Because of the heightened fire danger in the current weather, all
open fires are prohibited by the Oregon Department of Forestry;
this includes both wood and charcoal fires.  Propane and other
bottled fuel stoves are allowed, but please be sure to have fire
extinguishing materials close to hand.

Classes: We have several lined up, including Intro to the SCA, Hand
Weaving and Beginning Blackwork.  Come, and learn!

Largess competition: For this competition please bring a minimum of
6 largesse items. Use your imagination! Actual details will come
soon but please do not post pictures of your entry on social media
and please do not tag your items. This will be a populace vote and
we would like all entrants to remain secret to the
voters.
