Hear ye! Hear ye! The Shire of Wyewood invites you to celebrate a weekend of Arms and Arts. We will be hosting a three day event at Riverglenn Farms in Orting, WA. Come test your might at Pas d’Arms Heavy Tourney! Battle for the Rapier Bubba Plate in a Three Part Tournament! Test your skills in target archery (Royal Round), combat archery, and war crossbows in the Threefold Tournament! New to Archery? Fear not, for the war bows and crossbows will be provided so that all may come and participate! Display your Heraldry or sell your wares on Merchants Row. Enjoy a Wyewoodian Feast followed by “A Night of the Arts”, which includes a play, “Misconceptions”, dancing, music and bardic. We will have a Heraldry competition, Pas d’Faux contest, Brewing Contest, and much more! There are A&S Classes too for those who wish to learn old traditions.

Merchants – do we have a deal for you? Yes we do! Come, display your wares in our unique festival set-up. We welcome all merchants, including “booth-less” merchants, face painters, and all other artisans to be in the midst of the excitement. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL MERCHANT FEES! The only cost to you is the individual site fee that applies to everyone who pre-registers. $12 for members, $15 for non-memebers. Merchant applications need to be filled out; the deadline for merchant registration is July 11, 2005. We have plenty of room and really want you all to be there!

Site opens Friday, 1pm for Merchants Only. 3pm for all others. Site closes, 5pm Sunday.

On Site Fees: Adults 18 years and older, $15. Ages 13-17, $10. Ages 6-12, $8. Children under 5, FREE. Family cap, $45. Non-member surcharge of $3 applies for adults. Make checks payable to Wyewood, SCA-Inc.

IMPORTANT: Please help us keep this beautiful site clean, be prepared to take your garbage home, for there will be no dumpsters.
